Hi, I am Erick Truong
Welcome to Tampa Sports Photos. My name is Erick Truong. I am a native of Winslow, Maine and I currently live in Tampa, Florida (a.k.a. Paradise)! I spend most of my days shooting anything and everything although sports, portraits and light painting are what my creative side craves most.
How did I get into photography you ask? In 2008 my world was turned upside down when my son began playing sports of all kinds. I was sitting on the sideline and took a ton of pictures with my phone but quickly realized I was not happy with the quality. About halfway through the football season I purchased a Nikon D90 and started shooting. When I started shooting football or anything for that matter my world melted away when behind the camera. The process of capturing the images and then going home and seeing my rewards is what keeps me going.
I don't just love the outcome, I love the entire process.
